Pull up dem pants

Another pokemon request on a Subeta forum. I can't stay away from it. DX What's sadder is I'm getting these done WAY faster than I am on my commissions. XI

I'm experimenting with using thinner lines since I normally use thick ones. Gotta try to use them both.

Also scrafty is a fun pokemon to draw...just sayin'.
